Job Summary

RRV Infra is hiring an experienced Assistant General Manager – Electrical to lead electrical engineering operations across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, safety compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering teams across multiple projects.
• Review project planning and execution strategies.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards and regulations.
• Supervise HT/LT installations, substations, DG systems, and MEP works.
• Monitor project costs, procurement, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and government agencies.
• Support tender evaluation and technical documentation.
• Conduct project reviews and risk assessments.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Mentor project managers and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• MBA or M.Tech is preferred.

Experience

• 15–20 years in electrical project execution.
• Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
