Job Summary

RRV Infra is seeking an experienced Mining Supervisor to oversee day-to-day mining operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and productive extraction activities. The ideal candidate will supervise mining crews, monitor equipment performance, maintain safety standards, and ensure operations comply with company policies and statutory regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mining operations to achieve production targets.
• Monitor excavation, drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling activities.
• Ensure compliance with mining regulations, environmental standards, and safety policies.
• Coordinate with mine engineers, contractors, and equipment operators.
• Inspect mining sites and identify operational or safety issues.
• Ensure proper utilization and maintenance of heavy mining equipment.
• Monitor workforce productivity and allocate resources efficiently.
• Maintain daily production, equipment, and safety reports.
• Conduct toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices.
• Assist in planning mining activities and improving operational efficiency.
• Report operational progress and incidents to management.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mining Engineering or a related discipline.
• Valid Mine Supervisor/Mining Competency Certification is preferred.
