Job Summary

RRV Infra is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager – Civil to lead multiple construction projects, oversee engineering teams, ensure quality execution, and support strategic project planning and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple civil construction projects simultaneously.
• Develop project execution strategies.
• Review project budgets and financial performance.
• Ensure quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
• Lead project managers and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and government departments.
• Monitor procurement and contract administration.
• Review project schedules and resolve critical issues.
• Prepare management reports and project reviews.
• Drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• M.Tech/MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

• 15–20 years in civil construction.
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role.
