Job Summary
RRV Infra is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage large-scale residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, quality, budgeting, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of civil construction projects.
- Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against milestones.
- Manage site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and timelines.
- Monitor construction quality and adherence to specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and government authorities.
- Review BOQs, estimates, and billing.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management.
Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- PMP certification is an added advantage.
Experience
- 12–18 years in civil construction.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.
